Meet Tiffany  Schlosser, MS, LPC Associate

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Aimee Rhodes, LPC-S, and also the owner of Hope at the Well Counseling. I am passionate about supporting children and adults as they pursue healing, growth, and emotional well-being. I believe we are created for meaningful connection, and while pain often occurs within relationships, healing also takes place within them. Therapy can be the relationship for you or your child to get the one-on-one attention needed to heal and grow. It would be an honor to walk alongside you, offering a safe and supportive space to foster growth, resilience, and meaningful healing.

My Therapeutic
Approach

The following are some therapeutic approaches I commonly use in my practice. Each approach is thoughtfully tailored to meet your unique needs, goals, and circumstances.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

We'll explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop practical strategies to shift unhelpful patterns.

Trauma-Informed Care

I understand that trauma lives in the body and the nervous system, not just the mind. Our work will honor your pace and prioritize your sense of safety above all else.

Play Therapy Techniques

Children often communicate through play rather than words. Play therapy allows me to meet children where they are, using age-appropriate activities to help them express emotions, process challenges, and build healthy coping skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Sand Tray

Sand tray therapy allows clients to express thoughts and emotions by creating scenes with miniature figures in sand. This process supports exploration and insight in a safe environment, often without relying solely on words.

Art Therapy Techniques

Art therapy uses creative expression to explore emotions and process experiences that may be hard to verbalize. Through activities such as drawing or collage making, clients of all ages can reflect, grow, and move toward healing in a supportive setting.

Outside of the Office

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog. I can often be found baking, needlepointing, engaging in creative projects, spending time with animals, or reading. I also enjoy exploring new restaurants throughout the city and welcome recommendations for local favorites.
