Welcome to Hope at the Well Counseling

Where hope, creativity, and faith come
together to foster healing

Compassionate therapy for children, adolescents, and adults

About Hope at the Well Counseling

At Hope at the Well Counseling, my mission is to provide compassionate, thoughtful care to children, adolescents, young adults, and adults in the Alamo Heights and greater San Antonio community. I seek to create a safe and welcoming space for those who are intentionally looking for a Christian therapist, while also warmly embracing individuals and families from all backgrounds, beliefs, and walks of life. My approach to therapy is always personalized, honoring each client’s unique story, values, and goals.

I believe that creativity can open meaningful pathways toward growth and connection. For this reason, I enjoy thoughtfully incorporating creative and expressive elements into therapy at every age—whether through art, writing, collage, play-based interventions, or other experiential approaches. These tools allow clients to express themselves in ways that feel natural and supportive, fostering hope, resilience, and lasting healing.

Hope at the Well Counseling derives its name from the biblical account of Jesus’ encounter with the woman at the well. This story serves as a guiding inspiration, reflecting principles of compassion, understanding, and meeting individuals where they are at.

  1. Use the contact form below to reach out and schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. During this brief consultation, you can share a little about what is bringing you to seek out counseling, and I will help determine whether we may be a good fit to work together. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the counseling process, fees, scheduling, or what to expect.

  2. If we feel we are a good fit, we will schedule your first session.

  3. Before your first session, you will receive intake paperwork to complete.

  4. During your first session, we will discuss in more detail about what brings you to counseling, your goals, and begin getting to know one another.

  5. After your first session, we will schedule future appointments that work best for your schedule.
